岡本 一央 (Kazuhiro Okamoto)

Kazuhiro Okamoto was born in Saitama, Japan. He received his BS in agriculture from Meiji University in 2017, and his Ph.D. from the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Kazuhiro Chiba. He then worked as postdoctoral researcher at both Yokohama National University (Prof. Mahito Atobe) and University of Göttingen (Prof. Lutz Ackermann) with a fellowship from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). In 2024, he started his academic career as assistant professor (PI) in University of Toyama. His research interest is organic synthesis and electrochemistry.
FYI, he is a big fun of Gundam.
